These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (https://barhop-lv.com), mobile applications (Android and iOS), and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Bar Hop provides a subscription-based dating service specifically designed to connect local motorcyclists with riders who enjoy "bar hopping" or social outings.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bar Hop. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: * You are at least 18 years old. * You are legally able to enter into a binding contract with Bar Hop. * You are not prohibited from using the Services by the laws of any applicable jurisdiction. * You have not been convicted of or pled no contest to a felony or any crime involving violence, sexual misconduct, or any crime involving minors. * You are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity. * You are a motorcyclist or a rider who enjoys social outings and "bar hopping" (as further defined by the nature of our service).

3. Your Bar Hop Account

**a. Account Creation:** To access our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to: * Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. * Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. * Maintain the confidentiality of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. * Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. **b. Account Security:** You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential and secure. Bar Hop cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscription Services

**a. Subscription Requirement:** Bar Hop is a subscription-based service. To access matching features and communication with other users, you must purchase a valid subscription plan. **b. Subscription Plans:** We offer various subscription plans, which may include different durations and features. Details of current subscription plans, pricing, and features will be clearly displayed on the website and in the apps. **c. Auto-Renewal:** All subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the renewal term. **d. Payment:** You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. **e. Your interactions with other users should always be lawful and appropriate, especially when meeting in person. **b. Content Rules:** You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or transmit through the Services ("User Content"). Bar Hop makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of users or their compatibility with any current or future users. Bar Hop does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. 6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Bar Hop or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Bar Hop. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights over any part of the Services or its content. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without express written permission from Bar Hop.

7. User Content License

By submitting User Content to the Services, you grant Bar Hop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Content in connection with the Services and Bar Hop's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BAR HOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. BAR HOP MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE CONDUCT OF USERS OF THE SERVICES OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BAR HOP DOES NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPTS TO VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF USERS OR CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, PARTICULARLY WHEN MEETING IN PERSON. 9. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BAR HOP, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL BAR HOP'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BAR HOP, IF ANY, IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bar Hop and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any User Content you post, any interactions with other users, or any violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. If your subscription is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to initiate account deletion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party shall have the right to institute an action in a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief pending a final decision by the arbitrator. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST BAR HOP ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

14. Miscellaneous

**a. Entire Agreement:** These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Bar Hop regarding our Services. **b. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. Bar Hop may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction.
